Shipping/General Ordering

Yes, we are happy to offer gifting option on our jewelry! On the checkout page, select “Yes” under the “Is This a Gift?” heading. We will send your gift in an appropriate gift box or pouch.

At this time, we are only able to add one gift message per order. The gift message will be printed and enclosed with one gift tag.

Yes!After submitting an order shipping within the United States, you should betaken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a fewmoments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order hasfinished processing and is ready to ship you will receive a second email thatprovides the USPS tracking information for your shipment. Please contactCustomer Service (info@fegogioielli.com) if you have not received yourconfirmation emails.

Becausewe process orders so quickly, we are typically unable to make changes to ashipping address. Please contact Customer Service (info@fegogioielli.com) assoon as you can if you need to change your shipping address.

As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.

At this time, we are only able to process one credit card per online order

All domestic orders and returns are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Your tracking email will provide you with the carrier and tracking information for your shipment.

Only shipments over $450 require a signature upon delivery.

All shipments over $85.00 are shipped Free & Flat rate with tracking.  For an additional fee they will be shipped priority (1 or 2 day service).  Please follow prompts.   Shipments must be placed by 1pm Eastern time to be shipped the same business day.

Repairs

We offer repairs on our Jewelry that was purchased and shipped within the United States.  Please contact Customer Service ((info@fegogioielli.com),and we will be happy to look into your options.

Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes can be entered in the Discount Code field in your Shopping Cart, and they must be applied before the order is submitted. When placing your order, enter the code and click “APPLY” – you will see the discount apply and the total change before you enter your payment information.

We are only able to apply one discount code per order.

All promotions are limited to the specified dates/times and cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Promotions cannot be combined.

If exchange or return of promotional merchandise forces purchase out of line with terms, total will be adjusted to reflect updated balance due, which must be reconciled at time of return or exchange.

Buy More Save More discounts apply only when purchase contains the minimum respective spend as specified.

Gift Cards

Yes! Electronic gift cards (e-cards) may be purchased through our website (www.fegogioielli.com).It will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submitting your order.

Returns

All unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Fego Gioielli within 15 days of receipt in original packaging. After 15Days but no more than 30, an exchange will be honored.  Permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Fego Gioielli provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided upon request at info@fegogioielli.com.  Please allow up to 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

No, we will not alert the buyer that the gift was returned.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to five business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement.

Jewelry Care

When cleaning 14kt or 18kt Vermeil use lukewarm water and a mild liquid soap.  Avoid harsh chemicals and detergents when cleaning your Gemstone gold vermeil Jewelry. Dip a clean clothing the bowl with water and soap and gently rub your vermeil jewelry piece. Wedo not recommend using a brush as you may end up rubbing off the layer of gold, leaving the silver underneath visible. Let it dry.  With Sterling Silver any silver polishing cloth will work, again avoid harsh detergents on your gem stones.  Also when not wearing your Fego Gioielli collection you can prevent tarnish on both Sterling Silver and Vermeil by avoiding air exposure by storing in plastic.
